How It Was Built
Solves the problem of overlapping tax classification systems in Spain. IAE codes (1,187) are used by AEAT for tax registration. CNAE 2025 codes (1,060) are used by Social Security and INE. CNAE 2009 (1,010) are now obsolete. No 1:1 mapping exists; a wrong code triggers audits or administrative rejections. The agent provides accurate, database-driven recommendations with legal disclaimers and step-by-step guidance.
Results
Targets Spanish businesses registering new activities or migrating from CNAE 2009 to CNAE 2025 (January 2025 deadline compliance). Tax advisors (gestorías) and entrepreneurs use it for accurate code lookups. 157 authorized subscribers with controlled access.
