The pair programming model with persistent memory (claude-mem MCP) and custom skills system enabled team-speed development. next-intl was chosen over next-i18next for native App Router support. Sanity required a dual i18n strategy: document-internationalization for blog posts and internationalized-array for services and FAQ.
