Meat processing companies in the Iberian Peninsula struggle to find qualified deboning staff. The shortage of specialized professionals causes production delays and lost contracts.
What I did
Specialized staffing service with trained, available professionals. Trilingual corporate website (PT/ES/EN) with Sanity CMS to publish offers and manage content without technical dependency.
The result
Professional B2B platform solving seasonal staffing in meat processing (peaks Oct-Dec, Jun-Aug). Differentiators: modern trilingual app vs. competitors' static websites, CMS-driven content, Iberian Peninsula focus. Pages shipped: homepage with video hero, services with process timeline, team, contact with email integration, CMS blog, job listings, and legal pages.

Technical details
Architecture
- Trilingual internationalization (PT/ES/EN) with next-intl and SEO routes per language
- Dual i18n strategy in Sanity: document-internationalization for blog + internationalized-array for services/FAQ
- AI-assisted development: Claude Code as engineering partner with persistent memory
- Custom skills system for domain context (meat industry terminology, CMS patterns, i18n)
Technical decisions
- Next.js 16 over alternatives: App Router required for modern i18n
- Sanity over Contentful/Strapi: GROQ flexibility and polished Studio
- next-intl over next-i18next: proper App Router support
- Resend over SendGrid: cleaner SDK and simpler setup
- Portuguese as default locale: company HQ in Portugal
How it was built
Trilingual B2B platform built solo with Claude Code as engineering partner. The pair programming model with persistent memory (claude-mem MCP) and custom skills system enabled team-speed development. next-intl was chosen over next-i18next for native App Router support. Sanity required a dual i18n strategy: document-internationalization for blog posts and internationalized-array for services and FAQ.
